These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Agatrading d.o.o. website and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Agatrading d.o.o. ("we," "our," or "us").

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia.
For consumers within the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection legislation, including the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
The failure of Agatrading d.o.o. to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any part of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
